I’m Andrea, I created The Inner Flow Collective as a tender place to land.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I come to this life’s work with both lived experience and a deep reverence for the healing process. As a wellness practitioner certified in EMDR with a background in somatic therapy and trauma-informed care, I hold space for women to reconnect with themselves. I will never claim to know you better tan you. I will never tell you that I have all the answers. I will ask you about the big stuff without leaving the small stuff behind. My hope is to gently invite you to give yourself permission to allow your mind, body, and soul to reconnect.
